The Zodiac and Planets

 

Leo

2/3 ice cubes, crushed
1 measure brandy
1 & 1/2 measures unsweetened orange juice
1 & 1/2 measures Amaretto di Saronno
soda water
1 teaspoon Campari


Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, orange juice and Amaretto. Shake. Strain into a tall glass and add soda water and campari.

 

Capricorn

4 ice cubes, cracked
1 measure bourbon whiskey
1/2 measure apricot brandy
1/2 measure lemon juice
2 measures unsweetened orange juice
1 slice orange, to decorate

Put half the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or screw top jar. Add the whiskey, apricot brandy, lemon and orange juice. Shake to mix. Put the remaining ice cubes into an old fashioned glass and strain on the cocktail. Decorate with the slice of orange.

 

Aquarius

1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 oz. Cranberry juice



Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice, and serve

 

Cosmos

2 oz white rum
1 oz lime juice
tsp fine sugar



Shake with ice in a shaker then strain out ice.

 

Starseeker

2 oz white rum
1 oz orange juice
tsp Grenadine
4 oz tonic water


Stir.
