The Order

 

Bácchus

4 ice cubes, cracked
2 measures brandy
1 measure apricot brandy
1 measure unsweetened lime juice
slice of lime, to decorate


Put half the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or screw top jar and add the brandy, apricot brandy and lime juice. Shake to mix.
Put the remaining ice into a small goblet and pour over the cocktail. Decorate with the slice of lime.

 

Grand Master

2 oz Scotch
½ oz Peppermint Schnapps
3 oz Soda


Stir.

 

Arch Tippler

2 oz Gin
1 oz Green Ginger Wine
tsp Benedictine


Stir.

 

Ale Sitter

½ pint of beer


Drink as slowly as possible.
