Temptation

beaten egg white
caster sugar
two ice cubes, cracked
half measure of brandy
1 measure Grand Marnier
1 teaspoon lemon juice
to decorate half slice lemon, half slice orange

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in lightly beaten egg white, then in caster sugar. Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or screw-top jar and add the brandy, Grand Marnier and lemon juice, shake to mix.
Strain the cocktail into the glass, decorate with orange and lemon slices and drink with a short straw.

 

Love Potion 501

1 oz white cream de menth
1 oz white cream de coco
1/2 oz cream de noyaux
3 oz half & half



Shake all the above ingredients and strain into an elegant martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate stick and sprinkle chocolate shavings on the top.

 

Puck's Potion

2 oz infused vodka
1 oz champagne
splash cranberry juice

Infusion:
750 ml Skyy vodka
blueberries
pears
passionfruit



In an airtight jar seep infusion for 48 Hours. In a shaker glass with ice, mix 2 ounces Infused vodka with 1 ounce champagne and a splash of Cranberry for color. Serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with a candy heart.

 

Bosom Caresser

1 ½ oz brandy
1 oz madeira
½ oz Cointreau
Crushed Ice



Stir in a tall glass or mixing jug with crushed or broken ice and then strain out ice.

 

Dance With A Dream

2 oz brandy
½ oz Cointreau
tsp Anisette



Shake with ice in a shaker and then strain out ice.

 

Maiden No More

1 ½ oz Gin
½ oz Cointreau
1 oz Lemon juice
tsp brandy



Shake with ice in a shaker and then strain out ice.
